Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all private treatments made online.

Cancellations:
• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

• Refunds:
  If you’re eligible for a refund, please contact the practice directly to arrange this. Refunds cannot be processed through the online booking system.
